Instructions of use:

- It must refill the interior of the sharpener with water.
- To take the handle of the knife Strongly and to slide it across the guides towards ahead and backward.
- In case of ceramic knife to use only the diamond wheel.
- If it is a metallic knife, to use First the ceramic wheel and before the diamond stone for a good finished.

Note: The diamond sharpener KASUMI, this one designed to sharpen knives of Japanese type that esten sharpened for both sides, Sashimi's knives for example that only these sharpened by a face not is valid.
