The ham holders of the CHAMPIONS series by Buarfe are designed and manufactured entirely in Murcia in AISI-304 stainless steel. They have been designed to meet the highest demands of professionals.

The base is made of PE-500 polyethylene with large dimensions to give the best stability. The pieces closest to the ham (such as the upper rotating head) are made of PE-500 polyethylene to safeguard the knife edge.

The structure of this ham holder is tilting, allowing an 80º swing to adjust the ham to the position that is most comfortable for you to work, thanks to the adjustable handle that guarantees a firm position.
