The ham holders of the CHAMPIONS series by Buarfe are designed and manufactured entirely in Murcia in AISI-304 stainless steel. They have been designed to meet the highest demands of professionals.
The base is made of PE-500 polyethylene with large dimensions to give the best stability. The pieces closest to the ham (such as the upper rotating head) are made of PE-500 polyethylene to safeguard the knife edge.
