BÖHLER M390 stainless steel

M390 steel is produced in Austria at the Böhler works. Böhler is a producer of excellent quality steels. This steel was specifically developed for the injection molding steel industry, in which steel is injected into molds to obtain the desired shape. Due to the high temperatures that these molds reach, the steel needs to be extremely resistant to wear, since the same shape is required to be taken out of a mold about 10,000 times, so the mold must not wear between the first time and the last time. 10,000th.
