  Kai Engetsu Chef Knife 20 cm | TA-0706

  With the Engetsu series (full moon in Japanese) Kai celebrates the 20th anniversary of its prestigious Shun brand. It is a very limited and exclusive special series of the highest level of finish, with 71 layers of VG-10 and VG-2 stainless steel creating an extraordinary pattern on the blade and giving multiple performance zones along the edge.
  
  The handle is made of pakka wood with an elegant blue/black grain and artistic inlays. With forged bolster and solid end cap it gives a perfect balance to the knife.
