    Wusthof Class Ikon A more ergonomic handle makes for a more comfortable fit in your hand and eases fatigue. The Grand Prix II series has the same blade as other Wusthof knives, but offers an alternative handle choice. They have hand-forged blades made from optimum quantities of high-carbon steel, plus stain-resistant alloy. The edge has precise tapering from grinding and polishing procedure. Slip-free handles made of molded, pebble-grained polypropylene. Dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended. Made in Germany.
