INNOVATION AND ADAPTABILITY: Each knife comes with a Torx T8 L-key to customize the tightening intensity and facilitate the maintenance of the knife.
SAFETY GUARANTEED IN EVERY CUT:
- The Nitrogen Steel W 1.4060 MA5 by Aperam, used for the knife blades, is suitable for food contact, highly resistant to corrosion, and, thanks to the presence of nitrogen, ensures better edge retention.
- The laminated wood used for the knife handles is made with non-toxic pigments and glues, contains no added formaldehyde, and is also compatible with food contact.
PERFORMANCE AND LONG-TERM DURABILITY:
- The sturdy safety collar and the blade locking mechanism, in both open and closed positions, provide unmatched solidity and operational functionality!
- The brass version of the collar undergoes three specific treatments: pickling (to remove impurities), de-leading (to make it compatible with food contact) and passivation (to protect it from corrosion and preserve its shine over time).
DESIGNED FOR THE PLANET: Where available, raw materials from responsibly managed forests (FSC certification) are preferred for the wood handles, while for the packaging, only Green-PE (bio-based plastic obtained from sugar cane) is used, along with recycled paper and cardboard.
