A great knife from a great tradition. A knife for all uses, cutting meat, fish or fruits and vegetables. The 4000 FC series is made with a traditional pakka wood handle and an octagonal structure for better grip and performance.
The 4000 FC series blade is made of ice-hardened FC61 steel with an ultra-sharp Honbazuke sharpening edge between 9.5º to 12º. It has a firm and robust blade with great edge retention, easy to grip and handle.
All MIYABI knives are made in Japan, for which Zwilling has a factory in the city of Seki.
