The cutting boards are made of sanitary polyethylene PE-HD, according to CE regulations. They are available in various colors and sizes according to your needs. Each color represents each type of food, to avoid possible food poisoning and contamination. If you need any color not listed, please contact us for availability and price.

Board with 4 cm thick and fixing blocks to prevent unwanted displacements. Very thick to withstand the blows of pickaxes or axes when cutting ribs. It can also be used for filleting meat, fish or cheese.
