Kasumi ceramic knives are characterized by their excellent edges and the advantages provided by ceramic leaves; the last ones are stainless and anticorrosive. Kasumi ceramic leaves having a high zirconium oxide percentage. The leaves have been hardened in a special oven with a temperature up to 1500 ºC.
-The ceramic leaf, thanks to its high zirconium oxide content, is an inert material; as a result of this it doesn´t get stained and it avoids flavors absorption.
